The Cosmo Factory Cosmetology Academy is Accredited by The National Accrediting Commission of Career Arts and Sciences (NACCAS) and approved to operate in California by the Bureau of Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE) and the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology (BBC). Our philosophy at The Cosmo Factory Cosmetology Academy is that we Beautify both Inside and Out. The Cosmo Factory Cosmetology Academy is based on respect of ourselves and each other. We offer smaller, more individualized instruction and Hands-on experience. And students have an influence on what's happening at the school. Because it is such a small, selective Academy, not everyone who wishes to attend will have the opportunity to join. The Cosmo Factory Cosmetology Academy is for highly motivated artists who want to be at the cutting edge of the Cosmetology Arts, who enjoy working with the public and being of service. We also offer one of the best locations in the world, Santa Cruz, California, Surf City USA by most accounts. The Cosmo Factory Cosmetology Academy itself is situated in one of the most up and coming areas of Santa Cruz, right in the middle of hip galleries and shops, just one block from downtown and the beach. We at The Cosmo Factory Cosmetology Academy believe that Cosmetology is a cool profession. There are lots of different jobs that you can work in. And at The Comso Factory, you get hands-on experience, while you are a student, in doing hair and makeup for Community TV, locally-produced Film and Theater, runway events such as Bridal and Fashion Shows, etc. You'll get experience and make contacts in the Community.
